Terms & Conditions MAS9 – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Welcome to mas9 (mas9.ws). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and the platform mas9 ("we", "the mas9 platform").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform mas9 — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket), Live Casino, slots, table games, or any other services — you conclusively agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy mas9, all of which form part of the overarching agreement between you and the mas9 platform.

To be eligible to register and use the platform mas9, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years of age and above on the date of registration.
• Malaysian citizens, permanent residents of Malaysia, or individuals physically located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.

Mas9 reserves the right at any time to request proof of age or identity through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or funds being held until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mas9 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different personal details, email addresses, or phone numbers — is a serious breach of these terms.

By registering, you agree to:

• Provide your full name, phone number, and date of birth accurately and truthfully.
• Not sharing your login credentials or password with any other party.
• Notify mas9 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your personal information whenever changes occur.

Mas9 accepts deposits only through approved and legitimate Malaysian payment methods. Accepted methods include:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (QR & Transfer)
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• FPX – Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks that support FPX)

Deposit conditions at mas9 are as follows:

Mas9 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an unknown source or suspected to be fraudulent. Reversed funds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Withdrawal requests from the account mas9 subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per request.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the payment method that same with your deposit method, and must be in the same name as the mas9 account holder.
• Mas9 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal that exceeds a specified threshold.
• If an active bonus has not yet met its rollover requirement, withdrawals may be held until that requirement is fulfilled.

All bonuses and promotions offered by mas9 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, parlay bonuses, free spins, and VIP bonuses — are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries its own rollover requirement (typically between 5x and 30x depending on the bonus type) that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Mas9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the best interests of all members.
• Only one account per individual, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method is eligible to receive the welcome bonus.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating fake accounts, using a VPN, or colluding with other members — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and potential permanent account closure.
• Mas9 reserves the right to request proof of identity before processing withdrawals of winnings derived from bonuses.

All sports bets placed at mas9 — covering Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, BWF badminton, IPL cricket, Grand Slam tennis, NBA, e-sports, and all other available sports — subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except in cases of technical errors resulting in incorrectly displayed odds (obvious error).
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will generally be voided unless otherwise specified in the rules for that particular market.
• Live odds are subject to change without notice. Mas9 reserves the right to suspend live markets during unusual in-match incidents.
• Betting involving insider information or any attempt to manipulate match outcomes is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Minimum (RM 1) and maximum betting limits vary by sport, league, and market type. Mas9 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

In the event of a disputed bet outcome, mas9 will use data from recognized third-party sports data providers as the official source. mas9's results are final.

Platform mas9 offers a wide range of online casino games including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, table games, and more from world-leading providers. The following terms apply:

• All games operate on an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system, ensuring the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.
• Mas9 is not liable for any technical disruptions caused by third-party game providers. In the event of such disruptions, affected bets will be voided and returned.
• Members acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent risk, and mas9 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes.
• Live casino games involve real human dealers. All outcomes declared by the dealer are final and cannot be contested.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mas9 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

• Identity fraud — registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Money Laundering — using the mas9 platform to convert or conceal money derived from illegal activities.
• Use of bots or automation software — using any automated tools, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Collusion — colluding with other members to manipulate betting or game outcomes.
• Multi-account arbitrage — opening multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers or odds arbitrage.
• Use of VPN or proxy — using software to mask your real location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Hacking attempts — any attempt to gain unauthorised access to mas9's systems, alter data, or disrupt platform operations.

Mas9 reserves the right at any time to suspend or close any member account for the following reasons:

• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Violation of any term outlined in this document.
• Failure to comply with KYC (identity verification) requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities.
• Voluntary account closure request submitted by the member.

Should an account be closed due to a terms violation, mas9 reserves the right to hold any account balance pending further investigation. If an account is closed at the member's request or for other legitimate reasons, eligible balances will be returned to the original payment method.

Mas9 takes member privacy seriously. All personal data collected during registration and use of the platform is subject to mas9 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In summary, mas9 commits to:

• Not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the mas9 servers.
• Comply with applicable data protection requirements in Malaysia.
• Allowing you to access, amend, or request the deletion of your personal data by contacting the mas9 support team.

Platform mas9 provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Mas9 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting activity on the mas9 platform.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Bet outcomes affected by connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Indirect losses, special damages, or consequential losses arising from the use of the mas9 platform.

By using the mas9 platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent risks and that you are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.

Mas9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via:

• Notification email sent to the member's registered email address.
• Pop-up notification upon logging in to the mas9 platform.
• Announcements on the mas9.ws homepage.

Continued use of the mas9 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account within 14 days of the amendment notice and withdraw all eligible balances.
